WQS Recruitment Services Ltd is a specialized workforce solutions partner established through a joint venture between Worldwide Recruitment Solutions Ltd (WRS) and Q-Sourcing Servtec (QSS). Headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, we focus on delivering high-quality recruitment and manpower services to the oil, gas, renewable energies, and related industries across East Africa.
Our strength lies in combining WRS’s global reach and expertise with QSS’s deep local knowledge and networks. This synergy enables us to align international standards with local capability, ensuring that clients and contractors receive practical, value-driven solutions.
We are proudly registered with the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) and listed as an approved vendor on the National Supplier Database (NSD), reinforcing our commitment to compliance, quality, and industry standards.
Beyond Uganda, we leverage a regional presence in Tanzania (Dar es Salaam), Kenya (Nairobi), South Sudan (Juba), and Rwanda (Kigali) to support cross-border projects and deliver tailored solutions wherever our clients operate.
