Since its establishment in 2006, Q-Sourcing Servtec has grown from a Ugandan business into a wider regional group with operations and partnerships across East Africa. Over the years, the organisation has continued to expand its capabilities, strengthen its workforce solutions and contribute to the development of talent across the region.
For WQS Recruitment Services, this anniversary is also a reminder of what strong partnerships can build.
In 2021, Worldwide Recruitment Solutions and Q-Sourcing Servtec Uganda came together to form a joint venture that combined international oil and gas recruitment experience with deep local market knowledge.
The partnership created a stronger platform for supporting Uganda’s growing oil and gas sector with skilled manpower while also contributing to broader goals around local content, knowledge transfer and workforce development.
Since then, WQS has continued to support employers and professionals by connecting the right people to the right opportunities. Beyond recruitment, the partnership has helped create pathways through which local professionals can gain experience, strengthen their capabilities and participate meaningfully in major projects.
This is one of the most important outcomes of a successful partnership: not only filling roles, but also creating lasting value for industries, businesses and communities.
