Patrick Mbonye

Patrick is the current CEO of Q-Sourcing Servtec Group – a multi-professional management solutions firm where he has served for the last 12 years.

He has been involved in several key global reform processes including supporting national sector wide-projects and result-oriented management assessment in public and private sector management.

While working with United Nations Development Program (UNDP), he was involved in managing and coordinating the utilization of a Private Sector Development Grant Fund equivalent to USD 7.5million that targeted small and Medium Enterprises and Micro-finance growth and development.

He was also involved in designing strategic financing and investment partnership documents to guide the relationship between the Government of Uganda and UNDP and implementing agencies under the Private Sector Development component.

He has participated in the SEED transformation plan for the group, a program designed by Stanford Business School USA, and is currently implementing the program for the Q-Sourcing Servtec Group.
